About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the core and value-add service portfolio tailored to clinical customer segments.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and enable regional sales channels to increase service attachment rates.
  • Partner with product management to ensure alignment and positioning of service offerings for lab automation, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and mass spectrometry solutions.
  • Translate value propositions into high-impact messaging, compelling marketing collateral, and effective selling tools.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns to drive demand for platform service plans, training, compliance services, and informatics solutions.
  • Analyze install base data, competitive offerings, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and segmentation strategies.
  • Partner with regional service delivery and global service excellence teams to accelerate value capture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of service marketing, aftermarket sales, or downstream marketing experience in the medical device, life sciences, or diagnostics industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving service attachment, contract renewals, and developing value-based marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with clinical laboratory workflows, regulatory requirements, and the diagnostics market.
  • Experience with CRM and service management software.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
