Senior Manager, Global Product Management (NPD)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap for the quality controls portfolio, ensuring products are grounded in customer needs.
• Synthesize market, competitive, and clinical insights to develop target product profiles and robust business cases.
• Lead cross-functional core teams (R&D, supply chain, regulatory, quality, commercial, and finance) to drive new product development from concept to launch.
• Manage product and launch trade-offs to maintain program momentum and ensure high-quality commercial readiness.
• Execute cross-functional planning, including forecasting, pricing, product training, and go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate complex product visions and status updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including defining multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of leading new product development (NPD) or major product enhancements from concept through commercial launch.
• Experience converting the "voice of the customer" into technical requirements and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or field roles involving direct customer engagement.
