Senior Manager, Global Procurement - Soft Home

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for assigned categories
• Deliver 700 bps product cost reductions over the next 12 months
• Structure and run competitive, end-to-end RFP bidding processes with manufacturing partners
• Create and utilize component-level "clean sheets" to drive pricing transparency
• Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure competitive pricing from key material suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate upstream material availability into product design
• Identify opportunities for verticalization and volume consolidation to extract financial value

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in retail home environment
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms and LLMs
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods
