Senior Manager, Global Obesity (NMD)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global medical strategies and tactics for the obesity portfolio
• Act as a strategic scientific expert by conducting scientific searches, data summaries, and internal training
• Collaborate with cross-functional medical partners, including country medical, field medical, and medical information teams
• Review promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Support data generation, manuscript accuracy, and the publication and congress planning processes
• Manage headquarters-led advisory boards, including advisor identification, contracting, and engagement
• Track competitive intelligence and gather customer insights to inform medical planning
• Support medical education grants and the development of requests for proposals (RFPs)

Requirements

• Terminal Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, or DNP)
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong strategic, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization and manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Affairs experience specifically within the Obesity therapeutic area
