Senior Manager, Global Merchandising - Womens Wear

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch and delisting
• Own and deliver category strategy, including pricing, range architecture, and competitive positioning
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Planning, and Supply Chain teams
• Collaborate with regional teams to gather market insights and customer feedback
• Analyse trade performance and make data-driven decisions to meet sales and margin targets
• Drive collection presentations, buying guidelines, and product training on a global scale
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to build capability across Merchandising and Planning
• Present and influence strategic business decisions at a senior leadership level

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury merchandising with strong product sensitivity and trend awareness
• Deep understanding of the global luxury consumer and the competitive landscape
• Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategy, retail math, and margin management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within a global organization
