Senior Manager, Global KYC and Client Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update the global KYC program and onboarding requirements to reflect current legal and regulatory needs.
• Manage day-to-day client onboarding and counterparty/third-party due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management and front office teams to streamline the onboarding experience.
• Maintain and manage technologies used for KYC onboarding, name screening, and related workflows.
• Maintain policies and procedures related to the end-to-end global KYC program.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in compliance management.
• Assist with internal and regulatory reporting related to KYC and customer onboarding.
• Manage and mentor L1 and L2 global onboarding team members, providing professional development and direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in compliance.
• 3+ years of managerial experience within financial services firms.
• In-depth knowledge of global KYC regulations including FinCEN, FATF, MAS, and FIAU.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a cryptocurrency firm.
• Master's degree or professional compliance certification.
