Senior Manager - Global IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and align IT operational domains including cloud platforms, FinOps, infrastructure, network, and digital workplace
• Orchestrate a product-driven IT operations function across cloud, service management, and enterprise platforms
• Establish and chair the IT Operations Governance Forum to review SLA performance and roadmap dependencies
• Own the IT Operations Service Catalogue and institutionalize a platform-as-a-product operating model
• Manage a global ecosystem of managed service providers and system integrators using outcome-based accountability
• Define and lead an automation-first IT operations strategy involving ServiceNow workflows and infrastructure automation (IaC)
• Drive the 3-year IT operations transformation roadmap covering stabilization, optimization, and AI enablement
• Ensure IT operations support industrial and OT-integrated environments with Zero Trust architecture principles

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or platform leadership
• Experience managing multi-domain IT environments (cloud, infrastructure, service management)
• Proven success in large-scale infrastructure transformation and highly outsourced/SIAM operating models
• Strong understanding of Azure, M365 ecosystem, and ServiceNow
• Deep familiarity with ITIL v4, FinOps, and AIOps
• Experience in energy, utilities, or high-performance industrial sectors preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader)
• Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification
• TOGAF or enterprise-architecture exposure
• FinOps certification
