Senior Manager - Global IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple IT operational domains including cloud platforms, FinOps, infrastructure, network, digital workplace, and ServiceNow.
• Orchestrate a product-driven IT operations function using a multi-vendor delivery model, ensuring end-to-end accountability for service performance.
• Establish and chair the IT Operations Governance Forum to review SLA performance and align roadmap dependencies.
• Own the IT Operations Service Catalogue and define a Platform Governance Framework for assessing new requests and managing retirements.
• Drive vendor performance through executive governance, shifting delivery from resource-based to outcome-based accountability.
• Define and lead an automation-first strategy covering ServiceNow workflows, infrastructure automation (IaC), and AI-enabled operations.
• Manage the 3-year IT operations transformation roadmap and ensure platforms support secure IT/OT convergence and industrial IoT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or platform leadership.
• ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader preferred).
• Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent cloud certification.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure transformation and managing highly outsourced/SIAM operating models.
• Deep knowledge of the M365 ecosystem and ServiceNow enterprise workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and Zero Trust architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• TOGAF or enterprise architecture exposure.
• FinOps certification.
• Experience with AIOps and AI-enabled operations.
