Senior Manager, Global HR Compliance

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global HR compliance strategy, establishing a multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, develop, and grow the global HR Compliance team, fostering a high-trust and proactive function.
• Drive execution of compliance programs including SOX hire-to-retire controls, legislation management, policy governance, and wage and hour laws.
• Embed AI and automation into core workflows to enhance monitoring, streamline documentation, and scale capacity.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Legal, People Business Partners, Compensation, and People Technology.
• Develop governance mechanisms and reporting to provide transparency into program health and emerging risks.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Global People Operations to drive alignment on high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading HR compliance or employment law programs within a high-growth, global technology company.
• Deep expertise in core domains such as SOX hire-to-retire controls, employment legislation, data privacy, and wage and hour laws.
• Proven ability to define a long-term compliance vision and gain stakeholder buy-in in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI and automation into compliance or people operations workflows.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills, with a track record of partnering with Legal, HR, and Finance teams.
