Senior Manager, Global Executive Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle for senior director level and above roles globally
• Drive targeted sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build diverse external talent pipelines
• Partner with C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders (HR, Legal, Compensation) to ensure seamless hiring experiences
• Provide expert guidance and best practices on executive hiring strategies to senior stakeholders
• Embed fairness and inclusion into all executive search strategies and hiring practices
• Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives to enhance process, tools, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Fort Worth, Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• Progressive talent acquisition experience within a complex global organization or a retained executive search firm
• Proven experience managing recruitment efforts for C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Deep expertise in proactive talent mapping and market intelligence tools
• Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Experience within a global franchise business model or related industry
