About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the global eCommerce Playbook
  • Define standards for digital product experiences across PDPs, partner pages, and rich media
  • Translate business and product priorities into scalable content requirements and storytelling frameworks
  • Drive content readiness for new product introductions and global launches
  • Improve digital shelf quality by using data and audits to identify gaps in shopper experience
  • Align global strategy with local market execution through clear guidance and decision support
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, eCommerce, product, and regional teams
  • Track success metrics to validate content effectiveness and optimize practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, content strategy, or product marketing
  • Proven experience building or managing scalable content frameworks for complex portfolios
  • Experience supporting global organizations with regional or market-level execution needs
  • Strong understanding of digital shelf best practices, content hierarchies, and shopper decision-making
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks and actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer technology, retail, or omnichannel environments
  • Familiarity with partner and marketplace ecosystems
  • Experience supporting global product launches and ongoing content optimization
  • Knowledge of content production workflows and digital asset ecosystems
  • Comfort using analytics and performance data to influence strategy
