Senior Manager, Global Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global delivery teams supporting enterprise applications, development, integrations, and operational support functions.
• Drive execution consistency, delivery quality, and operational efficiency across global teams.
• Establish scalable delivery models, team structures, and execution frameworks aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for enterprise application development, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage team capacity planning, staffing, utilization, and workload balancing across delivery functions.
• Oversee operational delivery, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, backlog health, and throughput.
• Ensure audit readiness and operational compliance by following established controls, security, and change management processes.
• Partner with PMO, Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure coordinated execution of digital transformation and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience managing global IT delivery organizations and enterprise application support teams.
• Proven experience leading offshore and global delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise application development, integrations, and support models.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and operational governance.
• Experience supporting ITGCs, audits, and compliance frameworks such as SOX or ISO 27001.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Kinaxis, ETQ, or similar enterprise business applications.
• Experience with modern application development and automation tools such as .NET, Python, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience managing AMS vendors and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or product-based delivery environments.
• Background in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
