Senior Manager, Global Creative & Production

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies for Global Marketing, Creative & Production, managing a spend of over £20m.
• Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) teams to ensure global strategies align with regional and local market requirements.
• Deliver financial benefits in accordance with the Procurement Plan and Savings Methodology.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key global suppliers, including performance management and KPI tracking.
• Lead contract planning, negotiation, execution, and maintenance to maximize business opportunities.
• Influence global and regional stakeholders to support strategy development and execution.
• Transform the supply chain to improve cost control, reduce complexity, and increase responsiveness.
• Ensure all global strategies reflect Haleon’s sustainability and diversity objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of operational Procurement experience across multiple categories.
• Proven expertise in category strategy development, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles (cost benchmarking, audits) and legal matters (contracting).
• Experience working within a complex matrix (global/regional) business environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
