Senior Manager - Global Compliance and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and pursuit activities, including responding to RFPs and participating in client pitches
• Manage large global compliance contracts, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
• Oversee service delivery risk through strong governance, escalation processes, and stakeholder relationship management
• Manage engagement finances, including budget reviews, resourcing, billing, and cash collection
• Support Quality & Risk Management (QRM) by overseeing implementation of agreed processes and procedures
• Drive process improvements in compliance and reporting by reviewing data sources and control points
• Coach and develop junior team members and offshore delivery teams

Requirements

• Degree level qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, or accountancy within a professional services or in-house environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor budgets
• Experience managing international projects and teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional tax qualification (e.g., ACA, CA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent)
• PRINCE2 or similar project management certification
• Experience in process and technology design
