About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage PE equity programs including RSUs, options, and carry plans from grant to liquidity events
  • Own end-to-end cap table management, including grants, vesting schedules, equity tracking, and 409A support
  • Build and maintain commission and bonus plans for sales, field services, and professional services teams
  • Ensure international pay equity compliance across UK, Australia, Canada, and other global markets
  • Partner with Finance on compensation planning, modeling, and EBITDA impact analysis
  • Lead annual compensation cycles covering merit, promotions, market adjustments, and equity refreshes
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive and cost-effective programs
  • Develop scalable compensation frameworks to support business growth and post-merger integrations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation
  • 3+ years of experience managing equity programs within PE-backed or venture-backed companies
  • Direct experience managing a cap table through a full cycle (grants, vesting, and administration)
  • Deep knowledge of international compensation compliance and pay equity regulations (UK, Australia, Canada)
  • Proven track record in designing commission plans for sales and field service organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios and forecast costs
  • Proficiency with compensation tools such as Radford or Carta
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCP, CEP, or similar professional compensation certification
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or multi-brand portfolio companies
  • Experience with post-merger integration and harmonizing compensation structures
