Senior Manager, Global Commercial Training

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of a world-class global training curriculum for field sales and customer-facing teams.
• Identify training needs and capability gaps across key stakeholder groups including Marketing, Sales, and Professional Education.
• Design innovative training programs based on adult learning principles and modern instructional design.
• Align all global regions around a unified training framework that ensures consistency in messaging while allowing for local adaptation.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence to deliver scalable training solutions.
• Ensure all training content meets strict compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data-driven continuous improvement and standardized tracking systems.
• Manage the department budget and oversee the effective use of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Proven experience developing training for complex products, services, or technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-line selling experience.
• Strong understanding of product development, program management, and commercial/marketing functions.
• Experience creating multimedia or blended-learning content (virtual and in-person).
• Advanced proficiency in presentation, authoring, and media development tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced, and geographically diverse organization.
