About the role
Responsibilities
- Define global CIAM fraud standards and requirements for client onboarding and authentication processes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and implement new solutions and controls that minimize fraud risk.
- Design and develop assessment processes to identify vulnerabilities in the Bank's global CIAM fraud strategy.
- Assess the efficacy of CIAM solutions and fraud controls using attack surface mapping and interactive dashboards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of emerging technologies and authentication solutions used by peer banks and global markets.
- Support procurement activities and RFPs to ensure the timely adoption of fraud-reducing tools.
- Establish close working relationships with global engineering and business teams to advance fraud management priorities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Fraud and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry, specifically within the Client Onboarding and Authentication domain.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Expert proficiency in MS applications, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of transformation or project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a global financial institution or a large-scale organization.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles.
- MBA or an equivalent advanced degree.
- Working knowledge of banking products such as payments and cards.
