Senior Manager, Global Channel Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy, execution, and optimization of WatchGuardOne and related partner programs.
• Define program constructs, eligibility rules, performance thresholds, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Finance to model rebate exposure, ROI, and budget alignment.
• Track and report on key KPIs including ARR growth, cross-sell mix, and NRR trends.
• Lead cross-functional working groups across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to drive program alignment.
• Identify friction points in the partner lifecycle and drive process simplification to improve the partner experience.
• Develop enablement content and lead change management efforts to drive tool and process adoption.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Channel Programs, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a global technology organization.
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in incentive governance and ROI tracking.
• Proven experience designing programs that support recurring revenue and subscription models.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level reporting, including QBRs and strategic reviews.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional program launches at a global scale.
• Proven track record of driving tool and process adoption across global sales organizations.
