Senior Manager, Global Casting

Responsibilities

• Lead global talent casting across brand campaigns, social content, editorial storytelling, and owned-channel productions.
• Develop and champion casting frameworks that drive consistency, inclusivity, and cultural relevance across global markets.
• Partner with Creative, Editorial, Social, and Production teams to secure talent that brings brand ideas to life authentically.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to establish scalable frameworks for talent contracting, negotiations, and usage rights.
• Oversee campaign and e-commerce scopes of work, including performance measurement and investment optimization.
• Lead financial oversight of casting budgets, managing monthly budget phasing and delivering accurate financial forecasts.
• Establish best practices and operational excellence to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous development within the casting team.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience leading Casting and Model Booking within the fashion industry.
• Proven leadership experience working in both agency and client-side (in-house) environments.
• An established and deep international network of agencies and industry contacts.
• Expert negotiation skills, specifically within tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide and receive candid feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership, including building a Center of Excellence (COE).
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and manage diverging opinions.
