Senior Manager, Global Business Strategy & Planning

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics-led strategy, portfolio planning, and data-driven decision-making for the Vision Care Franchise Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to co-develop strategic narratives and leadership-ready PowerPoint materials for Executive and Board-level audiences.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support forecasting, scenario design, sensitivity analysis, and key driver analyses.
• Synthesize market, category, and competitive trends into actionable strategic insights.
• Support portfolio prioritization and opportunity assessment using structured frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to align strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
• Evaluate and deploy AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and data effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in analytics-driven decision support, financial modeling, or business case analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build robust forecasting and valuation models.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to communicate complex data through executive-level storytelling.
• Proven structured problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking, or corporate strategy.
• Background in MedTech, Digital Health, Consumer Health, or related industries.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
