Senior Manager, Game Production

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the GSN Casino roadmap across New Features and Live Operations
• Partner with Executive Producer and Director of Product to define and execute development objectives
• Manage risk assessment and define mitigation plans to ensure product success
• Own production output regarding deadlines, quality, and business impact
• Identify workflow gaps and direct leads to resolve complex operational issues
• Recruit and mentor team members from concept to release and beyond

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience with ability to balance trade-offs
• Proven track record in execution and ownership within complex pipelines
• Expertise in LiveOps and Free-to-Play (F2P) game models
• Proficiency with production tools including Jira, ClickUp, and Airtable
• Data-driven decision-making skills using production KPIs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills
