Senior Manager, Functional Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and analytics
• Advise clients on finance operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation
• Drive the design and implementation of data, reporting, and performance management solutions
• Manage client relationships, project workstreams, deliverable quality, and engagement economics
• Coach and develop teams while contributing to practice growth through solution development and pursuit support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM
• 6+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client engagements
• 6+ years of experience with finance transformation, business finance, FP&A, or enterprise performance management
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Science
• CPA, CFA, or PMP certification
• 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled finance use cases, predictive forecasting, or driver-based planning
• 3+ years of experience with finance operating model design or global business services transformation
• 2+ years of experience with proposal support or business development activities
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ professionals
