Senior Manager, Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop complex end-to-end software products, from initial system design to production and deployment
• Work closely with front-end and backend engineers to integrate workflows end-to-end
• Develop features and resolve bugs according to the product roadmap using agile methodologies
• Implement engineering best practices for QA/Risk Management, CI/CD, and MLOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Data Scientists, and UI/UX Developers
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system issues
• Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Oracle, RDBMS, .Net, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development processes
• Proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or Data Science
• Experience building Gen AI and Agentic AI applications (OpenAI, LangChain, Vector DB, etc.)
• Exposure to Data Engineering technologies like PySpark, ETL, or Databricks
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GxP and HIPAA
