Senior Manager Front Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation office for the Front Office Salesforce and SuperApp project.
• Develop and implement enterprise-level transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage Front Office governance structures, forums, and decision gates.
• Monitor enterprise transformation portfolio performance, including budgets and resourcing.
• Standardize cost-benefit analysis and KPI tracking across all transformation projects.
• Resolve strategic and operational blockers to ensure successful transformation delivery.
• Present initiative updates, KPIs, and business impact reports to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong capabilities in governance, transformation design, and program management.
• Proficiency in digital tools, ERP systems, and agile frameworks.
• Advanced skills in business analysis and translating needs into strategic plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA).
• Professional certifications in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP.
• Previous experience within the real estate, hospitality, or urban development sectors in the GCC.
