Senior Manager, Front End Manufacturing Alignment

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Manufacturing Alignment Engineers and TPM Program managers, focusing on performance and career development
• Set annual strategies and establish aligned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for network performance improvements
• Provide governance for MAE Programs and business processes, including the deployment and certification of TPM methodologies
• Lead the F4 Manufacturing alignment team to support new site expansion, qualification, and fab tool installations
• Standardize expansion sites to Best Known Practices (BKM) and systems of the Front End Mfg network
• Collaborate with site and area leaders to resolve strategic and tactical issues regarding safety, cost, quality, output, and yield
• Partner with customers and IT teams to develop systems that drive organizational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field of study
• 5 years of semiconductor industry leadership experience
• 2 years of experience in Process and Equipment within fab functional groups
• Ability to travel quarterly between US HVM sites for roadmap alignment and technology transfer
• Ability to support global teams during evening US hours to accommodate collaboration zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with global program deployment and multi-site collaboration
• In-depth knowledge of Micron TPM and 6S Programs
• Experience with Micron SEAL Standardization processes
