Senior Manager, Franchise Insights & Competitive Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate competitive intelligence activities, including competitor tracking, market sizing, and cross-indication analyses.
• Identify and monitor key changes in the competitive and market landscape.
• Support the development of market insights through analysis of competitor data, patient dynamics, and prescription trends.
• Coordinate the franchise insights deck by consolidating relevant insights for each indication into structured presentations.
• Prepare summaries and updates for stakeholders regarding key market and competitive developments.
• Gather and consolidate field insights in collaboration with Sales, Medical, and Market Research teams.
• Support the governance of the Master Data Management framework to ensure data consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences (physical, natural, or biological), medicine, mathematics, economics, or business.
• Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical competitive intelligence.
• Deep understanding of market data approaches such as LRx and Pharmascope.
• Strong analytical skills, high numeracy, and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver projects within strict deadlines.
