Senior Manager FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the Executive team and Board
• Develop Group FP&A data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
• Drive improvements in FP&A tools, modeling templates, and internal reporting processes
• Monitor performance against budgets, tracking variances and identifying risks/opportunities
• Prepare P&L and cash flow forecasts, including liquidity impact analysis
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and business unit heads
• Coordinate Group capital allocation and drive budget cycle execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet mechanics
• Experience in Board reporting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling best practices
• Experience with BI/planning tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Anaplan, Adaptive)
• Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to infrastructure-heavy, tech, or SaaS business models
• Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
