Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle, including monthly management discussion and analysis
• Build and maintain detailed financial projections for annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans
• Partner with GTM, Business Operations, and Product teams on revenue models and KPI frameworks
• Champion the use of AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive financial processes
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close, annual audits, and public-company readiness
• Lead preparation of Board presentations and weekly/monthly business reviews

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex financial models from scratch
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in tech companies, consulting, banking, or PE/VC
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting
