Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner for various APAC countries to support key decision-making and evaluate business progress.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and the analysis of operating results for assigned regions.
• Conduct complex financial modeling and build business cases to evaluate investment decisions and key business drivers.
• Drive continuous improvement by building automated workflows, reusable tools, and templates to scale the finance function.
• Leverage modern AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and SQL-based data pipelines to streamline reporting and reduce manual cycle times.
• Partner with regional leadership to identify strategic initiatives and coordinate projects addressing risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive professional experience in FP&A with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets from data warehouses.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Google applications.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to automate financial analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Experience with reporting and planning tools such as Looker, Anaplan, or NetSuite.
• A strong bias toward automation and building lightweight tools to replace manual processes.
