Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own and improve company forecasting models, providing sensitivity analyses and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Report on monthly financial results, variance analyses, and key business trends to the leadership team
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs across financial and operating metrics
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to influence executive decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with DTC, Amazon, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial guidance
• Develop business cases for new product launches, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements
• Evaluate the ROI of strategic initiatives to help leadership prioritize investments
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support timely, informed decision-making

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A (Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Corporate FP&A)
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with NetSuite, Looker, or similar ERP and BI tools
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial processes
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience supporting a high-growth consumer products company is strongly preferred
