Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall financial planning and analysis strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Commercial/GTM teams
• Monitor KPIs and analyze financial data to provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with regional GMs and business leaders on profitability and cost management
• Drive the integration of AI and machine learning into traditional FP&A processes
• Mentor junior resources and foster a culture of high performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Extensive experience partnering with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional decisions with financial analysis
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-career training in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Experience in a fast-growing tech or fintech company (SaaS or payments)
• Hands-on experience with modern FP&A/BI tools like Pigment, Anaplan, Databricks, Tableau, or Looker
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction
• Experience managing and developing FP&A analysts
