Senior Manager, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to North American commercial and growth operations, driving pricing, product, and sales strategies.
• Own the Monthly Financial Review (MFR) process for the Canadian market and develop retailer-level analytics including sell-through and margin contribution.
• Lead financial reporting at the product level, managing product P&Ls and supporting new product launch analysis.
• Provide data-driven analysis on price elasticity, competitive positioning, and margin impact to support pricing decisions.
• Act as the embedded finance partner to Marketing and Sales leadership to support investment decisions and campaign ROI analysis.
• Manage the Most Favored Nation (MFN) calculation process to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Deliver granular financial analysis at the provincial level to provide visibility into regional revenue trends and regulatory impacts.
• Lead the design and build-out of a rigorous sales forecasting capability for the North American business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an asset).
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial or business partner roles.
• Deep proficiency in financial modeling, pricing analysis, and product/channel P&L management.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP or OneStream.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence commercial decision-making.
• An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with the ability to build new capabilities from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods, cannabis, or retail industry.
• Familiarity with Canadian market dynamics, regulatory environments, and provincial reporting requirements.
