Senior Manager for Global Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Govern the global S&OP / IBP design, including cadence, processes, forecast accuracy, and maturity roadmaps
• Act as the central sponsor for IBP tool configuration and enhancements
• Standardize and govern global MRP master data rules and ownership splits
• Audit regional MRP adherence and drive necessary corrective actions
• Define and deploy global inventory frameworks, including ABC/XYZ, PFEP, safety stock, and entitlement
• Standardize policies for inventory targets, stocking strategies, and reorder logic
• Serve as the business owner for planning systems, analytics solutions, and global configurations
• Lead global network design, supply scenarios, and supply risk analysis

Requirements

• Strong experience in global Supply Chain Planning and Analytics
• Hands-on expertise in SAP planning and MRP master data
• Deep knowledge of demand, supply, MPS, inventory, and network planning methodologies
• Proven ability to drive adoption across regions in a matrix environment without direct line authority
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including KPI and model design
• Experience with IBP or similar advanced planning tools
