About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop fleet strategy by forecasting equipment needs and planning capacity against the master schedule
  • Own the master fleet deployment calendar and maintain real-time knowledge of printer status and location
  • Execute Deployment Gantt timelines to coordinate across Inventory, Manufacturing, and Print Operations
  • Lead multi-month pre-deployment coordination cycles and conduct site assessments
  • Manage large-scale logistics for fleet moves involving heavy equipment and tens of thousands of parts
  • Continuously improve deployment processes and analyze performance KPIs to reduce downtime
  • Oversee HQ staging, verification of Bills of Materials (BOMs), and pre-mobilization checklists
  • Coordinate truckload planning and scheduling for outbound shipments
  • Manage the end-to-end demobilization process including maintenance and staging
  • Build and scale team capacity through recruitment, onboarding, and cross-training

Requirements

  • 7+ years in field logistics, heavy equipment mobilization, or construction operations management
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience coordinating multi-site logistics for oversized or specialized equipment
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and Procore
  • Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and mobilization documentation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale construction or MILCON projects
  • Familiarity with 3D printing or advanced manufacturing technology
  • Knowledge of DOT freight regulations and heavy load requirements
  • Lean construction or process certifications
