Senior Manager, Fleet Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 6–8 Regional Fleet Managers across multiple locations.
• Own daily fleet compliance and performance execution for 30+ delivery stations, managing key metrics including vehicle utilization, DOT compliance, and operational readiness.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce vehicle downtime and improve safety outcomes across 300+ DSP partnerships.
• Design strategic mechanisms and team structures to meet long-term business goals and operational planning (OP1/OP2).
• Scale electric vehicle (EV) fleet operations by partnering with electrification teams to support EV launches and DSP readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with WHS, Last Mile Operations, and third-party vendors to prioritize competing interests and develop strategic plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within the Texas and Arizona region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, transportation, automotive, or logistics operations.
• Experience managing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships at scale (100+ partners).
