Senior Manager – Finance

Responsibilities

• Supervise reinsurance and remittance processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
• Monitor and manage reinsurance accounts receivables, including timely collections and reconciliations
• Prepare and review MIS reports to support management decision-making
• Liaise with internal and statutory auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits and reviews
• Ensure compliance with statutory payments, including GST, TDS, and advance tax
• Support management in financial planning, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls to enhance efficiency and transparency

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience in insurance broking, reinsurance, or insurance companies
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Oracle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Completed CA qualification
• B.Com or M.Com degree
