Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs and roadmaps
• Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM)
• Conduct current-state assessments, work activity analysis, and finance maturity assessments
• Own day-to-day PMO execution including project plans, RAID logs, and performance KPIs
• Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and departments like IT, HR, and external integrators
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and materials for steering committees
• Act as a primary change agent by developing OCM plans, stakeholder impact analyses, and training materials
• Lead stakeholder workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to drive user adoption

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation programs or PMO initiatives
• Experience designing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM)
• Expertise in end-to-end Finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformations including ERP, automation, and AI/ML
• Proven people management experience in matrixed, global organizations
• Experience managing external consulting firms or system integrators
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and Finance transformation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree
• PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), or CCMP certification
• Management consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent)
