Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs and actionable roadmaps
• Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM)
• Conduct Current-State Assessments (CSA), Work Activity Analysis (WAA), and Finance Maturity Assessments
• Own day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives including project plans, RAID logs, and performance KPIs
• Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and departments such as IT, HR, and external System Integrators
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and materials for steering committees and executive sponsors
• Act as a primary change agent by developing OCM plans, stakeholder impact analyses, and training materials
• Lead stakeholder workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to drive user adoption

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs or PMO initiatives
• Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM)
• Expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation (e.g., Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
• Experience delivering technology-enabled initiatives such as ERP implementations, automation, or AI/ML
• Proven people management experience leading high-performing teams in matrixed, global organizations
• Experience managing external consulting firms or system integrators
• Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, and internal controls
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree
• PMP, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (ADKAR), or CCMP certification
• Management consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) supporting Finance transformation
