Senior Manager - Finance T&I Cluster

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, quarterly projections, and monthly financial reports with variance analysis
• Manage project profitability reporting and cost control monitoring aligned with project progress
• Build business cases and financial models for new product developments and market strategies
• Analyze development costs, revenue, and profitability by project in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Oversee external auditor relationships and ensure compliance with IFRS and EDGE Group accounting policies
• Support internal audit activities and adhere to Delegation of Authority governance

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with a background in management or consulting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IAS 38 (Intangible Assets)
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills with expert-level Excel and Power BI proficiency
• Thorough understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
