Senior Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for high-value and critical categories
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with key strategic suppliers
• Lead supplier negotiations for complex, long-term agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Projects
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks
• Lead, mentor, and set performance objectives for procurement managers and specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 8–12 years of procurement experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen regarding spend analysis and TCO

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
