Senior Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital while optimizing the company's capital structure.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to foster continuous professional growth.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organization.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain relationships with tax authorities and financial partners.
• Leverage financial management systems to streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a controllership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and forecasting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling transfer pricing, international transactions, and taxation.
• Working knowledge or experience with ZOHO Books.
