Senior Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, including defining KPIs, developing succession plans, and monitoring performance
• Oversee full-spectrum financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, COSO, VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing regulations
• Manage the audit process to ensure unqualified opinions and maintain relationships with external auditors and stakeholders
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) through budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance reporting
• Manage treasury functions, including credit lines, debt structure, working capital, and financial covenants
• Partner with business leaders to support commercial tenders, optimize systems, and drive operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• 5+ years of experience leading finance teams of five or more members
• Expert knowledge of IFRS standards
• Strong experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools like Hyperion
• Proven ability in strategic thinking, risk management, and financial analysis
