Senior Manager, Finance - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Partner with Oncology brand, sales, and business leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with U.S.-based Oncology Finance and cross-functional leaders to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Lead or support monthly close activities, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue resolution
• Own or support sales and expense forecasting, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain complex business and financial models to evaluate scenarios, risks, and investment decisions
• Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting and reporting processes through automation and standardization
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations with actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of progressive finance experience; OR
• Master's degree and 8+ years of progressive finance experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including revenue forecasting
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrixed environment across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or CA designation
• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically within sales and marketing finance
• Experience with Hyperion
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and the ability to challenge assumptions
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
