Senior Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations for the India Service Center (ISC), including accounting, budgeting, and banking.
• Act as the primary business partner to the Corporate FP&A team for site budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage tax compliance and regulatory filings in coordination with third-party accountants (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Serve as the main point of contact for external audit and tax partners such as Deloitte and PwC.
• Manage India banking relationships, including account maintenance and foreign currency remittances.
• Collaborate with US-based Legal, HR, and Procurement teams on vendor contract reviews and site operations.
• Oversee local vendor management for IT infrastructure, recruitment, travel, and logistics.
• Manage the issuance of purchase orders and the employee corporate credit card program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or FP&A.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proven experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and forecasting applications (Hyperion preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Professional certification such as CFA or Chartered Accountant.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of specific experience in FP&A roles.
• Strong financial acumen across reporting, tax compliance, and forecasting.
