Senior Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets integrating data center infrastructure and operations
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting in partnership with construction, data center ops, and project controls
• Own Digital Infrastructure business lines full P&L, balance sheet, and capital allocation visibility
• Translate operational complexity into financial clarity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead cost analysis and monitor financial performance across the portfolio to improve profitability
• Drive process improvements to cross-functional financial reporting for accuracy and speed
• Supervise and mentor analysts and less experienced team members
• Support the delivery of monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A within digital infrastructure, data centers, or real estate development
• Or 4+ years of investment banking, PE, LevFin, or Project Finance with a focus on real estate
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Strong project management and team leadership experience
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project finance structures, construction draws, or infrastructure debt
• Real estate financial modeling background
• Prior experience supporting capital raises or capital structuring
