Senior Manager Finance

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Provide business insights through variance analysis, profitability studies, and cost management.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and monthly closing.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and the Companies Act.
• Manage treasury, cash liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Oversee inventory and fixed asset accounting, including periodic physical verification.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Develop standardized processes and SOPs for finance operations and implement SAP B1 automation.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 7 to 9 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, GST, and direct/indirect taxation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1 or SAP S4HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong budgeting/reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing P&L lines including product, channel, and marketing.
• Prior experience in footwear, apparel, retail, or FMCG manufacturing is highly desirable.
