Senior Manager, Finance AI Acceleration Office

Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Owner for select AI use cases, defining the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned to Finance priorities
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive the delivery of AI initiatives from intake and prioritization through design, build, testing, and launch
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
• Support the development of business cases, value assessments, and leadership materials to enable investment decisions
• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple AI workstreams, tracking progress, risks, and realized benefits
• Apply established AI governance standards and architecture guidelines to all Finance AI initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives within Finance or adjacent functions
• Experience working on Finance transformations (e.g., Order-to-Cash or Record-to-Report)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in Financial Services, Finance Transformation, or Technology Consulting
• Deep understanding of AI operating processes, templates, and playbooks
