Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and month-end closure processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and daily fund movements.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance by implementing SOX/COSO frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
• Manage taxation and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.
• Partner with business units to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience, including a background in Big 4 Audit/Advisory.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Proven experience in controllership or finance leadership roles within mid-to-large scale startups or enterprises.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and SOX/COSO frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Capital Markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
