About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale the North America enterprise and strategic events engine, focusing on major hubs like San Francisco and New York City.
- Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of Tier-1 industry events and design the blueprint for Airwallex’s first owned corporate conference.
- Program high-touch executive experiences and brand partnerships, including Customer Advisory Boards and CFO Roundtables, to secure C-suite mindshare.
- Launch and scale aggressive co-marketing initiatives and partner collaborations designed to drive high-velocity pipeline generation.
- Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to the commercial team to maximize ROI and net-new enterprise revenue.
- Pioneer exclusive founder and executive communities across key verticals to build long-term brand affinity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of high-impact B2B marketing experience within a fast-moving scale-up or tech environment.
- Proven track record of absolute pipeline ownership and accountability for revenue metrics.
- Deep experience in sales alignment, specifically working with Enterprise Sales and SDR teams to trigger targeted sales motions.
- Mastery of marketing automation to design automated lead follow-up sequences and nurture tracks.
- An entrepreneurial, "builder" mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and create processes from scratch.
- Ability to travel up to 20% across North America to activate key partnerships and run customer programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS scale-ups.
- Proven success building and mobilizing elite executive networks and Customer Advisory Boards (CAB).
- Experience managing large-scale partner ecosystems and high-value brand sponsorships.
- Power-user familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
