About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute a differentiated field marketing strategy for North America
- Own the North America Tier 2 and Tier 3 event strategy, including tradeshows, executive experiences, and customer programs
- Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns to create new opportunities and advance pipeline
- Develop 1:1, 1-many, and industry-specific marketing programs both virtual and in-person
- Collaborate with Sales and Partner Marketing to drive new logo acquisition through channel partners
- Lead the North America field marketing team, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management
- Track and report on program performance, using data insights to optimize results
- Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and align with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in North America
- Experience owning regional event strategy and execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Cross-functional leadership skills to align Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense
